Dapol has announced a new batch of their Class 221 ‘Super Voyager’ DEMUs in N gauge.
Five new models are to be produced covering major liveries worn by the class under operation with Cross Country, Avanti West Coast and Virgin Trains. Each model will be available as a 5-car set.
- Class 221 5 Car Set 22108 Sir Ernest Shackleton, Virgin Red and Silver
- Class 221 5 Car Set 221101 101 Squadron, Virgin Red and White
- Class 221 5 Car Set 221136, Cross Country
- Class 221 5 Car Set 221101, Avanti West Coast
- Class 221 5 Car Set 221115, Avanti West Coast (Red Roof)
The specification includes a low friction mechanism with a 5 pole motor, working lights, etched nameplates (where appropriate), magnetic coupling system and DCC Ready – 6 pin decoder sockets supplied.
They will be priced at £251.51 for DCC Ready.
